Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks
I’m job hunting in Los Angeles, looking at a variety of titles (HRBP, Sr. HRBP, Manager, Sr. Manager, Director). I have 8 YOE and my SHRM-SCP. I reached my report limit on payscale.com, so I used a variety of other sites to price the roles (BLS, salary.com, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Robert Half). The problem I’m having is the huge inconsistencies between sources (there are $40k differences between some of the identified medians). (Continued…)

Recruiting coordinator in NYC - new salary starting in Jan will be 72k, current now is 64390). Getting promoted to campus program manager end of Jan.. Will be at 91k plus about 5k bonus. I think it seems fair for the area?
Hi, to the two earning 75 and 80k in tech as RC: I’m also a rc in tech but started off at 60k and they bumped me up 7% instead of 3% for merit increase because supposedly of the market research, to pay me at a more fair rate (so now about 64k). But I know the salary for the role in nyc in tech is at the rates you both have, esp also because I’ve been interviewing. So I’m still underpaid. Should I talk to my manager again ? Any advice on how to discuss? Been here for over a year now with current manager for 6months, with prior 6 months rc exp and prior 3 years of HR coordination.

HR Director (although company doesn't care about titles) making 53k in SF. I do want to add that I was hired within the company with 0 experience (but have been with the company for about 7 years) less than 50 employees and it's a nonprofit after school program. Definitely feels low.
This is alarmingly low.
HR Generalist in rural CA, tribal healthcare setting, 65k recently had a title change from specialist with no pay change. 1yr 6 months in role, prior to that 4 years as risk specialist and 8 months as an HR intern before that.
Yes! Very impactful, I have had to gain a lot of trust and try to foster good working relationships between HR and executive team/ employees. I’ve been able to bring in a lot of great structure and in turn workplace culture is thriving. Gently doing away with handshake deals and creating equity across the board has been tremendous as we grow and look into expanding services. In turn, we have less turnover, create appeal and bring in additional resources and employees who in turn create more revenue and ability to serve the tribal and surrounding communities even better.
