Head of People- $240k
Remote for an SF tech start up
Are you hiring for HRBP or HR Manager?
Recruiting coordinator in NYC - new salary starting in Jan will be 72k, current now is 64390). Getting promoted to campus program manager end of Jan.. Will be at 91k plus about 5k bonus. I think it seems fair for the area?
Hi, to the two earning 75 and 80k in tech as RC: I’m also a rc in tech but started off at 60k and they bumped me up 7% instead of 3% for merit increase because supposedly of the market research, to pay me at a more fair rate (so now about 64k). But I know the salary for the role in nyc in tech is at the rates you both have, esp also because I’ve been interviewing. So I’m still underpaid. Should I talk to my manager again ? Any advice on how to discuss? Been here for over a year now with current manager for 6months, with prior 6 months rc exp and prior 3 years of HR coordination.

Project Support Specialist at a smallish recruiting company making 41k. Originally started in Indianapolis but moved to Florida once we went remote. Starting salary was 32,500. Have been here for about 2.5 years. There’s a lot of great things about the job (work life balance highly encouraged, very flexible with unlimited PTO now, benefits are avg/decent, nice people) but the money isn’t one of the high points for me. While how much it went up within 2.5 years is great, it started out so low it almost means less to me. I would love to be making 50-55k. My role is kind of a jack of all trades situation. I source candidates for recruiters, am specialized in diversity sourcing, have done a lot of ATS data projects, and when clients are doing expansions will be assigned to a client to do interview scheduling for them. Compare to “client services” and other companies. Would love to hear thoughts.
