Little rant - I have over 10 yrs of customer support/service/engagement experience.Would someone explain why when you're only paying $13-$17/hr you're doing an intense interview and then sending the no match email. Tell me how I messed up the interview, Tell me I'm too qualified. Tell me I'm not qualified enough. Tell me you don't like my hair,tell me anything. Stop asking me how I would handle things when we both know you're going to tell me what to say. Today broke me after 4 mths of this 😡

Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.

I currently have my EAD based on my OPT with an addition 2 year renewal. I have also submitted a marriage based GC application in Nov 2021, did my biometrics currently waiting on my interview. I grew up with a lot of social anxiety so I can't really believe I'm saying this, but my favorite thing about working at a store is that I have to talk to people every day. It's really helped me come "out of my shell" and stepping outside of my comfort zone has given me more confidence than I ever thought it would.

Can I still work as a telemarketer even though I have a noticeable accent? People don't say they can't understand me but they seem relieved when they get to talk to somebody else. My boss acts like I'm not very good at the job and I think it's because some customers think I am an "outsider," for lack of a better term. I just want to fit in.

In my company, we have a staff of customer support agents to resolve user concerns, but they prefer to complain on social media and never call the number we give them. Should we transfer the agents to the Social Media platforms or insistently try to get them to call us?
