Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

AFS - if I do my self input on my FY22 goals and submit to manager for a review this week since my project ended, what do I do in May when I have a different project? Will the same fy22 form get submitted with me adding more self input to it or do I make a different copy of that original form and reconcile somehow?Accenture

Think this question depends on what you mean by “project management” - are you developing software? Coordinating tasks? Are you more agile or waterfall in your delivery methods?
Teams works well for collaboration with each other on live documents (especially excel, PPT or anything Microsoft). For actual project management you will want a tool like MS project, JIRA, Trello, Asana or Monday.com.
Deciding which one depends on your current ecosystem for email, document management, project methodology and collaboration needs.
Depends, but a decent portion of our work is a mix of strategy and projects (anything from a week to several months) to straight HR outsourcing which can be months or even years. We work on hourly monthly contracts - range from 10 to 100+ hours per month. Lots of coordinating tasks, and I would say far more agile than waterfall. Currently no real scope definitions, lots of people at all levels doing all of the work - eg senior consultants doing phone screens just like an associate. We’ve had rapid growth in the last year, and what once worked is just a mess as we scale up, and people aren’t even all on the same chat software, there’s just no consistency and trying to move client teams around is a nightmare. It’s chaotic and hard to really track all the tiny details, and I was pondering if a true, robust software management team would help make things a bit easier
