Why would you buy there to Airbnb it? No one is going to want to stay there when visiting Austin. Lakeway, Steiner Ranch, even West Oak Hill are better options to Airbnb.
Neither of those areas are going to be rental friendly — they are too far from Austin to be realistic for that.
