Cognizant Recently cognizant have changed their internet wfh allowance policy.we use to get 1800 per month as internet allowance without submitting any bills or transaction details. Now they changed the policy as we need to apply for icici/axis/hdfc credit card from there we need to make the transaction and reimburse the same. I am ok with everything but why i need to apply for credit card? How a company can force me to have a credit card? It will directly/indirectly alter the credit score right? Cogniza

Look into visa regulations first to understand what kind of support you need.
Unless high-end tech, intracompany or you qualify for O-1, companies rarely go into the trouble of petitioning for a non-US resident through the H-1B lottery.

I’d imagine having some sort of super valuable skillset or some kind of top secret knowledge that would be geopolitically valuable to the US would get you fast tracked
Other way around(USA to EU) how is that work ?
In Germany you really have to know the language (a bit), but entry is usually rather easy compared to US
