70k but I'm a staff. How much do you see as a manager?
It isn't as good as people say. the percentage that I got was less than the senior promotion percentage.
SM1 here also. 4% raises past two years not including a 5% promo raise.
The scatterplots are the biggest cluster fuck I have ever seen. Everybody is a 1 or a 2. That makes sense said no one ever.
EY OP - I hear you. I’m similar as you in the southeast making 89. Not what I thought I’d be making at this point.
I started at 65 if that helps. Campus hire
Don’t hold your breathe.
Ditto.
SM1 here my experience was opposite others in this thread. Significantly higher raises once I made Mgr compared to staff/sr. Think ratings become increasingly important as you move higher in terms of impact on comp.
Ditto. Haven’t seen much increase in the past couple of years and bonuses have been poor.
I'm thinking in industry i won't have to kill myself for the low raises, and bonuses should be better.
Deloitte 2 what was rating?
Effectively 2 after the whole scatter plot thing.
Making 85 as a second year manager in the southeast and wondering how our of whack i am compared to peers... this staff up here is making 70... are you in the southeast?
Yeah I'm in SE
EY2 you an M2?
EY1 are you in assurance? I just can’t see how you got to 70 after two years. You would need two back to back near 20% increases at the starting salary most get in SE
I fall under tax
Ok different ballpark
