I am doing a back door Roth IRA through Vanguard and while everything makes sense to me, I am unsure if an additional $6000 be invested for a non working spouse. We satisfy the criteria but two questions - 1) Is this still valid I.e., $12k can be invested for 2021? Looking for advice on what types of reports/data are most convincing to senior leadership for keeping staff on who serve internal functions (knowledge managers, intranet, content specialists)- I fear these are the positions which will be lost/replaced by contractors.
