Oooh oooh , choose me!
Got married very early, still married many years later so I can say with confidence:
Better to marry late.
Got married at 23. With 10 years of hindsight, it was a pretty crazy move, but I’m happy we did. We’ve built a great life for ourselves together and really feel like life partners. End of day, I think the right time is when you’ve met the right person.
Listening to my single friends talk about dating sounds miserable at this point - lots of career goals / success disparity and resulting questions about motivation + the always ticking biological clock factor.
Been with my Fiancé now, for going on 9 years (dated 8). We were waiting since we started dating since we were very young and we didn’t have the funds to save for a wedding. I would rather have a nice one. Long story short waiting made us see every piece of each other, the peak’s, the lows, and how we reacted with each situation, and at the end of the day we realized we wanted each other as a forever partner. Marriage is much more than just love, make sure you see each side of them and want that as a partner!
Choose what’s best for both of you based on your circumstances (i.e., career, savings, goals). My wife and I married at 30, and it was, I think, a happy medium. Not too early but not too late.
