Bain & Company I received an offer to join Bain & Company for SF office but due to family reasons, I will have to stay in the South Bay. Given Bain’s local staffing model, it will be challenging for me to commute to SF and back. To my knowledge if you’re under 59.5 with less than 5 years history you can only rollover funds earned 2+ years prior to latest payment. Keeping those in PSRP means all of the gains are taxable, plus we don’t have much flexibility in choosing stocks anyways.
MPPP counts towards the limit.
