Hi there. Ex Deloitte Sr Mgr here, currently in tech pre sales (SaaS / MarTech). Recently spoke to both Salesforce and Adobe recruiters for roles that I thought were lateral moves (Sr SA / Sr SC), therefore I did not proceed with the selection process. The recruiters from both companies told me they typically hire at that level, and people are considered for promotion to Principal in 1 to 2 years. I found that odd. Is that right? What’s the typical TC for SAs and SCs there? (15+ yrs exp).

If so, what substitutes did you pick? He loves his purée.
Have you considered a different brand of formula?
Yes, we did
My little one supplements breastfeeding with food. We went with baby led weaning, so less purees more chunks, but that's only because she still breastfeeds for core nutrition.
Have you tried a food mill? That way you can feed him food you eat. Also soft foods like mashed potatoes, avocados, bananas, pasta, have been fantastic for us. She loves ravioli (esp the spinach ravioli from Costco, with their fresh pesto).
DD1: Our son doesn’t like formula for core nutrients so wondering if anyone relied on solids for core nutrients at the age of 6 months.
They also go through phases. At six months part of the issue is now that they're able to start sitting up and can explore more, they just don't have the patience for sitting there and drinking for an extended period of time. Especially if you have a curious baby..
We did start purees at that age and also for a time did more frequent but smaller bottle feedings that would take less time. That helped and then within one or two weeks appetite and attention span went back up and we went back to more spaced out, bigger meals.
Also are gums swollen? Teething does take its toll.. We offered slightly cooler than room temp formula and gave cold teether right before to help soothe gums and that also helped.
