Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

I'm a human resources manager and have interviewed people for this position before, paying special attention to these skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and work well with all levels of management and staff.
Proficient with inventory reporting systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Be able to tell a good story about why you want the job. Since they left have you been stepping up into that position? If so what excites you about the role? The people? The added responsibility? Ideas for improvement?
Highlight successes you’ve had in your current role and sell your industry knowledge. Have a few scenarios ready to go that highlight your ability to lead, establish and execute on a strategy, working with difficult people/metrics/market conditions etc.
Refresh Star technique for answering if you haven’t interviewed in a bit. Remember to be professional but personable as well!
If you were already taken into account for the job it is because you met a series of requirements to be a manager, identify your positive points and talk about them in your interview, this will show that you know why you are there and that you can identify your strengths.
Thank you all for the great tips and feedbacks. The interview did not go as well as I planned. I walked away feeling like I sold myself short. I knew what it would meant for me to have this job and I think the pressure got to me and I lost focus and stumbled.
