Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

Hello Stylish 🐠,
I’m selling a pair of Crockett and Jones “Boston” loafers, size 11 US (UK 10). These are beautiful shoes, worn approximately 10 times and fastidiously maintained on Woodlore cedar shoe trees. Unfortunately, I have no choice to let them go as they are too small for me to be comfortable in them, a fact I only realized after wearing them a couple of times.
While list price for these shoes new is $635 I am offering them for $350 OBO since they are pre-loved. NYC pickup only.

Yes.
I lived with an inconsiderate asshole in college who never did his dishes. I texted the house group chat that at 5 pm tomorrow im throwing out everything in the sink. The next day, I did it. After he went dumpster diving he got the message. Man fuck that guy
Why would you throw anything away other than trash? There has to be a discussion with your roommates, but you should pile up his stuff and then just move it from the communal area to his room.
Why were his interview notes on a communal table? I don't think you were 100% in the wrong, but maybe just put stuff on his bed or something next time. My roommate in college would do that and it worked well.
Rule of thumb: don't throw out your roommates trash if it's out in the open. Put it on their bed instead. They'll get the message right quick
Yeah I guess you're right. My only gripe is that my two roomies are great but they let our dining room table pile up with trash and random shit. It isn't until I get back from traveling that it is taken care of. I think I may have thrown it out when I cleaned after 4 weeks of crap had accumulated on the table.
Hahah no it's not like that. At least I hope not.
Just put all his stuff in his room to deal with
Why would something that wasn't even perishable bother you to the point of it needing to be thrown away immediately? I'd be furious.
You sure you didn't subconsciously do it thinking it might be important to get back at the bro?
Probably not a black/white 'right' vs 'wrong'. You and he share the responsibility in some ratio.
Yea my roommate does that. What I do is I put everything (clothes, books, dirty plates, etc) on his bed after it sits out for over a week
P2, agreed. Fuck that prick.
You have no idea. The guy was such a dick
Let this be an early lesson learned for if you're ever cleaning up a shared work space at the client site. Don't throw notes away.
