KPMG: 30% was working on a strategically important project according to my partner 🤔

like

320% is 128 hours out of a possible 168 hour week. Calling bullshit so hard on that.

like

Nah KPMG 1, I disagree. Keep in mind 55 hours is the utilization benchmark during busy season (PwC 2 would not have been at 320% utilization in an off-season), so 320% is 176 hours worked in a 168-hour week.

Let us in on how you defied spacetime.

like

Utilization is definitely calculated off of a 40-hour week (2,080 hour year = 100% utilization).

You may want to understand the basics of the industry before diving into quantum physics.

Could I purchase some of that utilization from you?

funny

Sounds like you need a back bone.

like

No it isn’t

like

Yeah, mine is way over 100%...

Lol I know some with 250% month averages. 100 hour weeks.

Sounds like you’re being used here OP...

I was 320% once.

Omg 😲 ^

kpmg1 for the win!

Pretty sure util is always calced off 40 hour weeks but obv I don’t know what PwC does.

PwC 4.. the minimum hour requirement is 55. Utilization is ALWAYS based off 40 hours.

Hello, I am looking to make a career change that starts at a minimum 75K salary. The economy is tough right now and I can no longer afford to stay in my current role. Does anyone have any suggestions for a possible higher paying career that I would be qualified for based on my background?

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

So apparently accenture is making people who are on the bench enroll into a mandatory customer service role even if you’re 100% utilized. Friend took 3 weeks of PTO and has been on the bench for a few days and he is being forced. Worst part? It’s Tues-Saturday.
