Need Career Advice!

I’m into React Native Mobile App Development for the past 6 years. I’m quite uncertain of the career scope as I’m on bench for past 6 months.

Do I have to switch careers? Do I have to jump into web roles? Do I have to learn native development? Do I need to continue with React Native? I’m confused.

CCTC: 15.5 LPA
ECTC: 32 LPA

I have one offer of 22 LPA (Senior React Native Developer)

With which tech stack can I achieve this expectation? Suggest me some easier to switch.

Anyone in consulting and doing OE? Using bench time for J2+ seems like a good opportunity in this environment, considering it wouldn’t look out of place to remain on the bench for quite a while

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Two offers:

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

Got offer from HCL and cognizant. Wondering which one to join? Cognizant offering 19 and HCL offering 21.

Our company is a small company with 80-100 employees in India, what the company does is ask us to track every single minute of our day, from getting into the office to what time we got up for lunch, tea, etc. for everything we have to put a log, do you guys think this is a healthy process for a company to grow? All the employees be frustrated that they have to go to office regularly and finish 9 hours somehow, a measured break time is also allocated.
