Job A - no career path upwards, high functioning team, generous benefits and unlimited time off. TC 185

Job B - clear career path, new team, chaotic corporation, but lots of room for growth and budget to hire staff. Ok benefits. TC 220

I’m struggling at the moment to gauge how much I should be getting paid in my position as i feel I’m heavily underpaid for the work I do, which includes managing digital marketing operations across 12+ countries, manage the studio/creatives plus lead on any campaigns and strategies, etc. I’m also remote UK-based although my company is international. So what do you feel a fair UK wage would be for the role? I love my job/team but the stress isn’t worth it for me atm. Thanks in advance!

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?

I work on a consulting team at a large software company. I’m a job hopper, around 2 years each at my first and second jobs and a little over a year at this job.
