I drink at least 100 ounces of water daily and have a rather balanced diet (or so i thought?) I know i have used different advanced products and treatments (some Microderm and Chem Peels but haven’t had either in over 2 years now). I have dialed down my routine to just wash and moisturize for now. Help?

I am in the process of IVF due to my husband's male factor infertility. I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work.
