New web developer in IBM GBS here. I’m being offered 2 projects. 1 Pros: ts/sci, web dev work. 1 cons: bad culture, several projects at one time, I’m projectless again in 6mo if not cleared then, w/ ts/sci I have to go in daily. 2 pros: stable project, public trust, possibly liking culture more, possibly wfh, I stay in my service line. 2 cons: dead tech stack (J2EE), I don’t know the culture so it’s a risk. Which would you take?

Should I take this role?
Pros: 50k bump, company is full remote, no time tracking software, unlimited PTO, 10k in quarterly bonuses, vertical move in responsibility and title, will set me up for future roles in different companies with the title I am looking for (so strategic move)

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)

Is anyone interested in taking over the lease for a top floor 3 bed 2 bath, 1500 SQ ft apartment in a newly built complex in Plaza Midwood? The lease runs through Sept 2023. It's one of the nicest complexes in the city, has close proximity to Uptown, and has excellent amenities (e.g. CrossFit style gym, two pools, dog park, on site complimentary cafe, etc.). My unit has an ideal layout for work from home and a huge patio.

They reduced the therapy questions on the secret clearance form so that you don't have to disclose therapy except in specific circumstances. Is it still on the TS form?
