I’m not really into fiction, but open to anything. Last books I enjoyed were Junior and Moonwalking with Einstein, last podcast I binged was Startup (Gimlet).

If you miss the ‘Golden Age’ of television, I highly recommend tuning into Sean, Laura, and Tucker on FOX. An argument can be made that they are the Sopranos, The Wire, and Breaking Bad of their format. Unlike those works of fiction however, these shows and their respective hosts provide insight into our real world in a way no screenwriter ever could.

I’m scared I’ll end up being alone. I’ve truly enjoyed being single all this time but as time passes by, I keep thinking to myself that something must be wrong with me that I’m not in a relationship. Why are HRs getting so proactive towards year end for employees RTO, when it’s mostly IT shutdown everywhere . Even clients are not there what will the employees do ? Spring cleaning in offices ???!!!

Are there any good PM certification that’s worthwhile? Not something that’s on Udemy for 2 hours of coursework.
Most “certifications” I’ve seen seem a bit superficial… but my current PM job feels like a glorified project manager role so I was hoping to use my extra time to study/earn a certificate to show my skill. If possible.

Anyone who has started up a side hustle whilst working in consulting - is it generally a good idea to let your employer know or will they make your life difficult/try to push you out if they know?

This past year was/is the worst in my life by far. Aside from all the Covid mess we’ve all dealt with I lost a parent, an in-law, my spouse has decided they no longer want to be married and my grandmother is in hospice with days left. I believe this was/is my least productive year in my career as a result. I’m worried my job won’t be here in a few months and I’m doing my best to hold it together.
