Hi Fishes, I am bit confused to pick the role in KPMG lighthouse as Sr Cloud Data architect or Saama technology as a Project lead. Money wise it is not a big difference. In KPMG I will work with partner where as in saama I will work with project/program manager. Please suggest your opinion. Saama KPMG KPMG India

My understanding is that realization won't affect your comp, but pro bono and training hours will not be counted for purposes of bonuses above the 1900 minimum. So, if 200 hours are pro bono and training, you will still just get the bonus for hitting 1900.
This is accurate. The bonuses above 1900 only factor in actual billable time. So leave credited hours, ramp up hours, pro bono, training hours etc. won’t count beyond 1900. You need 2000 billable hours or more to get those bonuses.
The training and pro bono count toward your 1900 for the program 1 bonus that pays the $10k for hitting 1900z That was already paid out for last year. They do not count toward your bonus program 2, which is the larger bonus based on a percentage of base salary and only uses hours billed. The reductions/write off will have no impact on you whatsoever, especially not as a second year.
Thanks for your input everyone. Clarifying question. So I would need 2150 billed hours outside of my probono and training hours to be eligible for the 20% bonus? Or Is it just 250 additional billable hours after I met my 1900 requirement? If that makes sense
Thanks!
