TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

As a staff you think it is, but then when you become a senior, you wish you were still a staff. The stress only increases, but in hindsight, as a staff it’s relatively low. It just doesn’t feel like that in the moment. We’re auditing financial statements and helping the rich stay rich, not saving lives. It’s not that serious
Stressful

Honestly it’s pretty chill working from home, the work has it’s peaks and valleys
Many years ago it was exhausting traveling and being at clients all the time

It’s honestly not that bad. I love getting to work from home!
It is very dependent on the client and the people you work with. It can actually be rewarding with if you get to work for a reasonable client and the team is supportive (e.g. willing to teach you , no micromanaging).
Relaxing???????????????????
Cuz some says as a staff you only need to follow the procedures.

The hours aren’t what make PA bad. It’s the stress
I think a better question would be: is it stressful or toxic? Stress can be managed, hence the term "stress management." Toxic environments can't be managed. Good luck finding a stressful environment in PA.
All the little rules are super annoying. Like who you can invest in and constantly tracking time
Good clients, good manager, good team, no problem - bad any of these, and it can go south pretty quickly

Less stressful than banking
It is a bit stressful, however you learn to manage it, and prioritize your work.
I think the first year it’s not bad. But once you get to be exp. and then a senior, it’s stressful since you now have the capability to take on more tasks
