Hi.. I’m really struggling lately with stress and anxiety. I’ve always had depression but it’s been more maniac and often manageable. I’m at my breaking point now and don’t know what to do. I made an appt with my doctor (PA) tomorrow. Will they prescribe me an anxiety medicine? What should I ask for? I’m looking for something low dose and minimal side effects. Help!!

It’s been asked before whether it’s worth it to pay (~$150) to upgrade a 3 hr flight. I generally agree it is not.
