I have a possible opportunity at Protiviti. Coming from big4 and wondering if Protiviti has fairly similar perks. I’ve read the 2022 benefits guide and it gave a oddly low PTO count of 16 days. Is this true and what about a holiday disconnect in the December time period? Are there any other hidden perks that are awesome? Already heard WLB is better and the culture, but I feel like I’ve gotta find that out first hand. Protiviti
Sooo ready for the holiday party on Friday.
Hello OW 🐟:
I have an interview scheduled for Senior consultant position (Private Capital practice - London office)
Can anyone share the insights on the below mentioned things:
1 - Compensation and other perks
2 - WLB (hours)
3 - types of projects (CDDs only?)
4 - Is it possible to switch from PE practice to generalist in case of burn out? I love this type of work but still I believe in long run it will not be sustainable.
5 - Should I expect only PE cases in interview?

I have a first round interview with United Airlines Friday for their FP&A dept. Any tips/topics to specifically prepare for? Only had a manager reach out to me via email to schedule the interview; no HR or discussion regarding what the 45 minute interview will be centered around. Any and all insight is appreciated!

Yes, McCann1. That doesn’t make it any easier to swallow.
Totally agree. I’m a bit jaded about it though as my first employer did this, so did my second, my third (and my job was gone), so I’ve educated myself in the why. A layoff is an opportunity for a good person to get a better job. It’s fucking scary. But it gets better.
Boulder or LA? I hear there’s a big difference in the office culture?

You need to lay off the people you can’t afford. It’s business.
