I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I'm a partner with young kids and feel like I'm missing out on too much of their lives. Wishful, but my dream job would have a lighter workload in terms of time and pressure for the next ~5 years, but not set me back too much (or at all) when the kids are older and tired of me in a few years and I'm ready to be back at work full force.

Got the call today about promotion - super excited for this next leg. Also a bit nervous given performance expectations and the market right now. I know things will improve and I'm in a great service line with huge future growth potential, but a little daunting nonetheless. Great way to start the weekend!
