PMs are ruining the company. They have no thought nor understanding for their products. Every week waiting for the boss to tell them what to do and then rushing to meet the timeline. No long-term plan can be made. Agile is not a concept in their minds. Every team is trying its best to set others as blockers. They give you shitty, incomplete features and then shout out loud that they gave you everything. Ideal for people good at embracing toxic culture and pretending to work.

Split classes take away joy! We have 6-7 classes at each grade level and they split 1-2 into the remaining 5 so we can have a 5 day schedule. Big classes plus the classroom culture homeroom teachers work so hard to achieve are ruined. Advice? (Plus we are told to "not be negative" by admin.)
