Pregnant with baby 2 and worried about layoffs. For families of 4 how many months of cash on hand should I have to be conservative. Worried if laid off finding job pregnant will be tough

I’ve been single for so long my last ex had time to find someone else, get pregnant, have a baby and now they’re engaged. And I’m sitting here watching Footloose

My wife and I just had our second child, and we have also been dealing with her cervical cancer diagnosis. It has been a stressful year, to say the least. I want to do something nice for her, but money is tight right now because of the cancer treatment costs, and her being on unpaid leave because of the cancer treatments. What is something low cost I can do that will be a nice “couples thing” so we can de-stress, but also make her feel special?

Anyone else feel like as you move up, you have to work even harder to justify your value to your company as you grow “out of the weeds”? Especially with the fear of layoffs looming over everyone’s heads.

It’s so nice that every agency laying off people, have those left standing (and other agencies) trying to hustle jobs for their unemployed friends, but there are also a ton of people who were unemployed prior to Covid...so no severance, job hunting lot longer, and not earning income for longer time...hurting even MORE due to quarantine.

If we are billable on project in nagarro do we need to worry about recession for now .
One more question:
What is nagarro planning how to handle recession:
Lay offs or salary cut or stop increment.

Has anyone ever done aggression training for their dog? Met with a trainer who basically wants us to either keep our dog crated or on a leash at all times and said no pets or play time for now.
