I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.
Recently I used parental insurance and found that the insurance company only paid for 50% of the total bill.

I am deputed at the client office. I use PSL laptop only to check mails. But in my last appraisal my manager told me that I need to get 60 credit points for promotion. But due to client work load, i won't be able to do that. So, I have resigned from PSL mentioning the same that promotion will not happen.
But my manager told me that he will try to give me a promotion in next cycle (ignoring the credit points clause). He is asking me to withdraw resign

McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company been working here one year and received pretty positive feedback. Given the expectation for people of my tenure to transition to EM in a year or so, I can’t see myself staying due to the WLB as an EM. I’m 35 and have 2 young kids. Can it even be realistically done? Would love to stay but I don’t see a balance which would keep my family happy. What options do I have from there?

Go to TAS. None of the things you mentioned matter other than development opportunities. They will be better from TAS. All you have to say is "all I did was M&A work at EY" even if you just made photocopies for the bankers. It will still get you a better job then from PI.
OTS folks work long hours and lots of travel; I've heard there's higher salary but longer track/competition to exec levels. PI Finance has more flexibility, varied work, and development opps. that said you may work on transaction projects while in PI.
OTS is harder work, better pay. I'm PI-ITA but I have been on several OTS projects. I'm old and lazy so I own my lot in life but you might choose differently for yourself. Also, compare the OTS PPED promotions this year to the ITA promotions, then balance for practice size. No contest, OTS killed it and ITA struggled.
Thx for the replies. I'm primarily looking for the most challenging and interesting work while surrounding myself with high caliber people who will push me to raise my game. Hopefully $ and opportunity will follow. I have a MBA/MHA (healthcare) background
What are you looking to do. They are totally different machines
PI finance does a lot of process improvement of finance processes (obviously) but in OTS you are not just restricted to the finance function
OTS hires most MBAs and has the most established MBA recruiting program.
