Yes. Why would you not? Smh tell them you were on vacation you're a human
I'm not trying to be a jerk, but I want to make sure you know that it should be "access" not "excess".
Make sure you put your periods inside the quotes AS1 🙂
EY1 the period wasn't in the original text being quoted though. I believe AS1 is correct, despite being a jerk
The way AS1 has it is correct.
You owe them nothing. They are asking for you. However, the fact that you have to ask this question here shows your lack of experience. Maybe just text them back and then hopefully you can finalize things through snapchat.

What is Novogradac? It is a mom and pop accounting firm
Yep. Send the res.
The period is never supposed to be in the quotes regardless of whether or not it is in the actual word you're quoting. The only exception is if you're literally trying to quote a specific phrase or instruction and you want to avoid confusion. Learned this the hard way when my partner tore me up for doing it. Googled it and sure enough in the USA it is never grammatically correct aside from the exception I noted. In the U.K. However they put it outside the quotes
Luckily EY has a style guide that details this and other trivial grammatical matters
