Q for the WFH home office pros.. What's the best way to set up a station if I would like 2 external monitors for my laptop (have 1 monitor rn but plan to purchase another), but I also have a desktop pc that I would like to be able to switch my monitors to when not on my laptop?
With my current setup of 1 monitor, I have to unplug the hdmi from the laptop and plug to the desktop each time I need to use the desktop, but it's not convenient so want to see if there's a convenient way to set this up?

If you were in a private company assistant controller position being offered $10k more to switch over to public and much better PTO days and fully remote as opposed to an in office position that I’m currently at in a Real estate growing company. Last week I had to explain to my child what “politics” (as in office politics) is. My child is going to a new high school and wants to play volleyball. There was a 3 day open “tryout” for incoming freshman for 2 teams. After the first day, she noticed that
1) there were obvious favorites (coaches are not even hiding that fact);
2) some can’t even play and got on the team,
3) some that can obviously play but did not get on the team;
4) decision were obviously made before the first day was over.

The internet is a cruel place. I searched for some home exercise equipment and instead I’m getting targeted ads for clothes that are more flattering to fat people.

Looking for a home office chair…I need something really ergonomic/comfortable but given the visibility of the office in the house the wife wants something stylish. I've had a whoop for the past 8 months and since the last firmware update it simply doesn't actively synch and it's basically junk. I switched from my old apple watch 3 because I wanted the active heart rate monitoring to help my doctor with my blood pressure and it worked amazingly well. But now she’s trying to leave and they keep trying to push her to stay saying she can be a partner in 8-9 years and laying it all out in detail. The issue is they laid off other staff (all but her) so maybe that’s it? Find it very odd.
