Question for any EY-P 🐠 who were recently hired. I received a verbal offer at the Consultant level (no MBA) and was told that they can do signing bonus or relocation allowance, but not both. Has anyone had any luck with negotiating for both?

Looking for advice: when leaving the big4, is it better to cash out your vacation balance or take all your vacation if it means you could leave the day of the performance bonus payout? Suggestions on what would be better in terms of monetary benefit? My vacation balance is full (176 hours) and my bonus would be approximately be $5000 since I was promoted… this would be after busy season FYI
