McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company Hi there! I’m looking at applying to McKinsey, and am wondering what is the correct level to apply for. I’m a second year analyst (recently promoted to consultant but title isn’t effective until end of the month), and I’ve been with my firm for 1.5 years. Is business analyst the correct level for me, or should I be looking at associate roles? Reading the description for associate, I feel like it might be the Deloitte equivalent of SC lol

Just make sure you have completed 180 days after your i140 approval, and you should be good.
Not sure about the PERM issues 🤔
I’m concerned that they’ve settled now. That can also mean more scrutiny on the PERM as well as RFE’s / denials 😓
You're taking a significant risk as ROW. Their PERMs are now heavily audited as part of the deal. If you are ROW, you're better off at your current company. As an Indian or Chinese with a PD of March 2020 you should be good, as long as your I140 has been approved for over 180 days.
