Received an offer to join Facebook as a data scientist. Given the litigation (that just ended) with the PERM issues, is it worth accepting the offer?

In 5th year of H1B, approved PERM and i140 with current employer. Priority date in March 2020.

Cleared first round and my on-site is next week. It just came to my notice something about visa sponsorship in JD. It states “This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.” I have H1B but I would need H1b transfer and GC sponsorship. Can anyone help me out here.

Has anyone faced 221G during USA H1B visa process?

Coronavirus family drama - supposed to take a vacation to OCNJ in two weeks with the in-laws, two brother-in-laws and their wives. MIL is super worried about the virus. This girl has never taken a ballet class in her life and it sounds like she walks with bowling balls strapped to her feet.
