Recently started B4 accounting advisory - my projects keep getting delayed or cancelled and for the last few months I’ve only worked about two weeks. My next engagement just got cancelled and now I’m seriously worried about my utilization and about getting fired after just starting. My counselor was aware of my situation but didn’t mention too much about it and I’ve been reaching out + letting people know I’m available this whole time. Don’t know what else to do and how concerned I should be

Curious the pay difference between SAP and partner consulting firms. What can a S4 HANA cloud or OnPrem consultant expect to get paid at a place like EY or another big 4 firm with 3-5 years of experience in PMO/Functional Consulting roles with an MBA?

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover
