My lwd in hcl was 30th August and Yesterday I received my hold salary of June and plus leaves encashment but I didn't received the variable pay amount although my appraisal cycle was already completed 4 days before my lwd .I joined hcl on 5th may 2021 and lwd was 30 August 2022. So do you have any idea when will I receive the variable pay amount

I don’t see why the match is relevant to rolling over or not. I’d either keep it in pwc’s plan or if new employers plan is similar than roll it over.
Usually there are some fees that can be avoided by rolling over, but we’re probably talking 50-100 a year so not a huge deal if the options/fund fees are better in the pwc plan.
Yes I meant matching my contributions from this point forward, not the rollover chunk of money. Agree re: simplification. Thanks for your help!
If you ever think you’d need to take a loan from your retirement account (buy a home, etc.) you will want to roll your current 401(k) over to your new firm’s 401(k) plan as you cannot take a loan from a rollover IRA account.
