Rounds and rounds of interviews. The last one being with the CEO then crickets. Won’t answer and email. Is this de rigueur or wildly unprofessional? Because it happens every time.

I’ve joined toastmasters to work on my public speaking and communication skills in general + I practice interview questions before interviews. We’re in such a vicious business. You give your heart & soul to an agency, a client, a brand. Then the wind changes & you’re laid off, reassigned, chewed up, spit out, on to the next. I’m tired.

Been at a new job for a couple of months. Overall it’s been disappointing and I’m starting to feel anxiety for the future. I feel this way because I’ve just been working on one account I really don’t feel will create anything book worthy and I’m afraid that I will have nothing to show after a year.
