RSM people, what’s the plan for returning to office? Do we get to stay remote?

In Intl tax, receiving recruiting offers for all remote work at the manager level. However, I am about to get promoted. Only concern is if I don’t jump soon, I’ll be stuck at the big 4. Any thoughts? Should I entertain?

Help me ask for a raise in my upcoming performance review? In sum, my company’s HQ is in Texas and I feel I’m being paid a Texas wage when I live in Los Angeles (the role is remote). We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. Based off of Glassdoor, my salary matches Texas’s exactly and SF has the same role at 10k more. Should I show him the Glassdoor page? Don’t want to come off too strong. Please advise

Is it only for Talent acquisition team they are only asking to be onsite?

I feel like I'm stuck in limbo.

Not enough experience to become a Senior designer, but too much to be a junior.

And there hardly any intermediate roles out there.

I went through six rounds of interviews including putting together a 30 minute presentation which I presented to the whole team. The whole process took about six weeks. I turned down another lead position at a different company waiting. After all that they told me that hiring for this role was on hold until further notice. Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.
