Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. I am told it is only going to be a M now, for my own benefit-no EY network means failure at selling. Whats the highest salary I can negotiate at M. Any other tips will be handy. I have "sold" (support on sales & new roles through relationships) plus I have solid delivery experience. I really want SM 😀😀😀 EY

Question for all the Salesforce employees out there: which should I apply for? A Solutions Engineer position or a Salesforce professional services role focused on delivery? Looking to make the move but would want to know more about how the two compare in regards to total comp, WLB, career progression, exit opportunities, etc.

This is nothing new…..
2018
Contract with ICE: Salesforce held contracts with U.S. government agencies, including ICE, to use its CRM platform through its Government Cloud. The company publicly confirmed this at the time.
Controversy: Many employees and civil rights activists expressed strong opposition to the company's work with ICE. Critics argued that the use of Salesforce's technology could assist the agency in expanding its immigration enforcement and deportation efforts.
Employee protests: Over 650 Salesforce employees signed a letter to CEO Marc Benioff in June 2018 demanding the company cancel its contract with ICE. They argued that it would "enable the morally abhorrent actions of ICE".
Company response: In response to the outcry, Benioff acknowledged the concerns. While the company did not cancel the contract, it made a charitable donation to assist immigration charities and stated it would ensure its technology was used responsibly.
Subsequent contracts: Reports from 2025 indicated that internal documents showed Salesforce had continued pitching expanded services, including AI capabilities, to ICE in later years, sparking renewed controversy.
