Just joined Infosys on Monday and got a call today for an opening in Unilever project. The person mentioned that I will be replacing another resources for now who is on medical leave and would be working on something that is a little below my skill level. I need some help in deciding whether to switch. I am a fresher with 3 months of experience at a funded PBC. Current base is 9 LPA. The work and the team are really great, and I have a mentor who can comfortably focus on me for the foreseeable future.

I also recently cracked another offer of 13 LPA base at one of the Unicorns. I am really torn between running after good pay or learning from a good mentor, it's so early in my career.

I could use some advice from the senior folks.
