It happens. Try and take care of yourself outside of work. Sleep. Exercise. Eat right. And then practice your stuff. It’s hard to not feel overwhelmed by all this stuff but we’re all just really people talking nonsense as stuff on the computer. Gotta remember that. Good luck!
Yes. I always write down key talking points ahead of time and avoid looking at my own face when presenting. It helps a bit.

I have a lot of anxiety these days from just the general chaos of life. For whatever it’s worth, I started taking ashwaganda every day for almost 6 weeks, and it is a game changer. Maybe it’s a placebo effect. But whether way, I’m happily having way fewer panic attacks.
This started happening to me this year. Propanolol has truly saved my life. Now I don’t need it because I got over the anxiety but it worked really well to get me out of the routine of presenting = panic attack
Second this. Changed my career.
I just think about how many people probably arent even paying full attention to me presenting. It’s less pressure knowing they probably have another screen pulled up or notifications going off or kids running around etc
It’s definitely weird seeing only muted pixalated faces
BUT at least you can present in your PJs!
One thing I was told that has helped me be less stressed leading up to client presos is ‘this is the most fun meeting of their day’. Clients are sitting in all sorts of boring meetings all day, getting to review creative work is the best meeting they have that day. That helped me get out of the headspace that clients were just gonna try to tear apart my work no matter what, and helped me go into meetings with more of a ‘let’s have fun with this’ mindset.

Zoom has done wonders for my presentation anxiety. I can talk to hundreds now with out a care in the world. Used to be a nightmare.
A pro tip I got from a colleague was to turn off or hide the window where you can see your own face when you’re presenting. It helped a ton because you’re not worried of how you look you just doing your thing presenting the work.
I still like to see peoples reactions as I talk through the slides but I don’t miss seeing my mug on my screen.
