Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Technically internship is not counted as part of work experience.
But you can always put it as worked at XYZ Ltd for 2.5 years
Analyst ...... 2 years
-Project 1
-Project 2 etc
Intern ..........6 months
-Project 1
And so on.
This format is acceptable, because you are highlighting that you were an intern for 6 months. (Similar to a LinkedIn profile)
Thanks for the suggestion. But my internship and job are not in the same company. What should be the best option in that case?
Technically, you can't include your internship experience, however you can highlight the good work done during intership
If you can structure your Resume in a manner where you're explaining the impact that you had in the organization whatever your designation was, I think it'll count.
For example, if you were an intern for a huge organization, you can write about the experience in a manner where your impact was visible. "Collaborated with a team of 5 members and developed a strategy/application which reduced the workload by 30%", etc.
To answer your question, no it won't be counted as your experience. However, if you upload your CV where parsers (like ATS - Applicant Tracking System, I think) try to pick the number of years of experience or the keywords, yes your experience will be considered as 2.5 years by the system.
But, for freshers, I think it's fair for one to put it up as long as you put it right wherein it shows that you made some difference. For me as well, I have a work ex of 2.5 years but because of my internship for 1.5 years the ATS consider my work experience as 4 years :P (It has its pros and cons, ngl).
Hope this helps! Good luck!
Just on a different not. My manager asked me to write more no of years as experience (than actual) as the cv is to be send to a client and he wants to show higher experience. When I protested he said count all the internship as well. Even then it was not matching no of experience.
However in your case, six months internship is a long duration. You can mention as full time work as an intern. You are not stating anything false.
Be transparent in all that is easy to prove wrong on the CV. If you need those 6 months to cross a certain bar, they probably care too much about it and will check deeper.
