Should I take a “role cut” from Group Account Director here for Senior Account Director elsewhere?

There’s a role at a different company doing what I’m more suited to, but at that company they don’t have the GAD title, only Senior AD. It may look to some as a step down in job title only (even though it’s not actually the case - SAD sits below country leadership in this market, and there’s no Biz Director title).

Is that something that really matters in the long run? Am I overthinking it?

Is there a risk of accepting a role with Upstart currently? I seen a 7% layoff recently for hourly employees but I would be salaried. I am well aware it’s a risk in tech overall right now but curious on thoughts thanks!

What is revenge Job Hopping?

It is a phenomenon observed when a candidate frequently jumps job in order to have a market correction to his salary.
Say person A got settled in his job for 5 years and his current salary is 7lpa..He joined at 4 lpa.
Now for his experience, he can be paid upto 30 lpa for the role.
So after switching for 13 lpa.. He keeps job hopping from 13-19 and 19-28 within a year where he finally feels he is paid adequately.

I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
