Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

What M1 said is true. But regardless apply anytime, the 6 months won’t make a difference
Remember… Staying at Mastercard, you will earn more per hour!
Also, how many cycles do you have left before a promotion, what is your PMCR score? The ideal case is to wait till you are promoted, and then jump to a higher role at MBB
So you can start to look for a higher position now just to feel the process as it takes time. And by the time you get a promotion you can negotiate the position you get at MBB. And the opposite, if you get an offer fast, you can get a promotion at advisors faster if you discuss it with your manager.
Mastercard has a good brand in fintech, be careful going to a generalist route
Wait for the two years.
Trust me. Been there.
I had a lot of companies tell me that they’re just looking for “that two years of experience under your belt” when I jumped at 1.5 years.
I also wouldn’t have gotten into MBB either way though, so take that with a grain of salt lol.
