I feel like that would just result in a bunch of people ruining their credit without achieving anything. The government was able to freeze payments for 3.5 years with no issues (on their end).

Yeah I think it’s just going to hurt them in the long run.

I fell like is happening … fewer people are going to college enrollments are down which means less student loans. Its a 2 part issue. The loans take advantage of immature people taking loans on a bad product that is oversold by school or admissions. If you didn’t graduate you either made poor personal choices and is noone to fault but you, or you were told you were capable of more than you are. Rare circumstances other things factor in like illness or death that require dropping out, but if you are dedicated you make it happen just on a different schedule. If you did graduate and can’t afford your loan payments you were over sold on a bad product, if your degree doesn’t earn enough to pay back the cost of getting said degree you were sold a shit product by the school and should frankly sue them vs holding the loan provider accountable. If you over borrowed for living expenses and traveling rather than having a part time job while in college to pay your rent, remember choices have consequences and you are experiencing those now.

Also, are there any provisions you’d consider absolutely crucial from the owner’s side?

Hypothetically, if BBB was delayed and brought to the Senate floor next year (let's say February 2022) and passed, and the January 1st date for ending Roth conversions is left unchanged, what would happen to Americans who performed After-Tax 401k to Roth conversions in January? Would 401k custodians have to reverse the transactions and somehow factor in gains earned in users' Roth accounts since the conversion? Could there be penalties?

I’m going to be a dad! But I have some questions. When should I tell my manager/teams? I’m up for senior promotion this year, will this impact that promotion? For those of you that work in public what tips do you have for managing your work and family responsibilities? For context, my wife, once she’s done with maternity leave, will only work 25-30 hours a week. I know working in public and having a new born is probably going to be a lot to juggle, but I have to make it work.

Welcome to our pre-k inclusive classroom. Even with 8 students, and only face to face for 4 hours, we struggle. We struggle being heard through our masks. We struggle with social distancing. We struggle as we find ourselves constantly reminding students to keep their masks on. We struggle to keep them engaged and to teach. One thing we do not struggle with- building connections and showing out love for each child.

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? I’m interested in applying for the 2 years of full time work as an LCSW but my loans are a bit under 50k so I’m wondering if they would only give me what I need to clear my loans or would I still get 50k as long as I complete my contract ?
