Do girls working in Big 4 get impressed by guys from big 4 or they want 2x better pay and work life ?

has anyone had any luck leveraging an offer from another Big 4 to have your current firm match/transfer the new offer? specifically switching service lines

I have 2 outstanding offers from EY and KPMG in the Finance Transformation group. Does anyone have any insight on the WLB right now, with the labor shortage and pipeline being crazy?

Also,does anyone have any insight to how difficult the transition will be from being a manager at a middle market firm into a manager at the B4? If someone else has done the transition how long did it take to get your feet under you?

Do people know if the big 4 are all wfh and onboarding that way as well? Or have they started setting return to office dates?

do any consulting firms in the US (MBB, Big 4) sponsor MBA programs outside of the country (e.g. London Business School, HEC Paris, INSEAD)

I have an interview with an MBB for an knowledge management/specialist role. I currently work as a technology consultant for the advisory arm of a sub big 4 accounting firm. Cont.

Feeling really low about exits from big 4 mc. Feel like I’m not going to get anywhere good in a field that I’m interested in. Anyone who made it out successfully have any advice?

I currently do planning system implementation at SC level. Quite technical stuff and less PMO. What are my future career possibilities from here onwards? Can I keep progressing in the standard ladder and keep doing implementations, or is it automatically going to end up becoming more are more sales oriented and less actual implementation work? Especially interested in the SM level and above. I’d prefer staying at Big 4 and avoid the supplier side.

PMDs: what’s year 1 ACN MD TC? How would an ACN MD comp trajectory compare with a B4 Partner trajectory 5 yrs down the road? What are the pros and cons of both?

Got a verbal offer from a big 4 a month ago, discussed salary expectations 3 weeks ago, still no offer letter. Firm has to let me know it should be coming soon. Are these normal timelines?

Any advice on how to switch from big 4 to tier 1 consulting firms like BCG and MCK?

I’m interested in hearing about human capital consultants who went from PwC to one of the other firms, as well as people who came from one of the other firms to PwC. Which Big 4 is best by work wise.

I’m a new big 4 audit associate is it better to aim for high performer or average performer? Is it worth it to be high performer or should I remain average? What if I want to switch to a different service like in the future, can I still do so with average reviews? Will other firms know my rating if I apply elsewhere?

Anybody ever regret moving from B4 to a start up? Just because there’s so many less perks (lots of PTO, fun events, etc)?

I have a return offer from a big 4! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience as an intern and have no complaints. Would love to go back.

However, a bit confused if I should try and recruit with MBB’s or if I should accept the big 4 offer already and take the sign on bonus?

Hi all, i am selected in Infosys and offer got released and everything is finalized. Now from Infosys bg practice they asked for "Abbreviation for initial" i just reverted back to them... Will this be an issue in joining... Won't this BGV completed before releasing the offer letter.. is there any phone number i can speak to them or will I get any updates after successful completion of BGV... Need your inputs on this.. One more scenario when dealing with counter offer with holding offer for X.

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?

After you moved in-house, how did you get more comfortable reviewing contracts or counseling on issues you weren’t super familiar with? I was very specialized at my law firm and took a similarly specialized role in-house….but I still get requests to mark-up types of agreements that I never touched at my firm. I’ve been trying to find CLEs to get up to speed, but I’m wondering if this is generally something that gets more comfortable with time…
