Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??
Anyone here received offer for an experienced associate position in management consulting at PwC in the last couple of weeks? I know a handful of us done with the partner round interview and are waiting for the feedback. No response from the team after sending follow up email either. PwC

If you want to go fast, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.
Yes haaa
Tell her. If she’s a decent person she’ll wish you luck and tell you if you have stuff in your teeth.
Tell her. I had an AD who told other people she put in her two weeks’ notice before breaking it to me. We were never friends, but I thought we at least worked well together, and I thought it was a pretty rude and sneaky thing to do.
My partner and I were miserable at our agency. We had an agreement that we’d love to stay together, but if one of us had a chance to escape solo we’d be happy for them. I told him when I got an interview somewhere and he held up his end of the deal by being supportive.
If you wanted her to work with you, you should’ve asked the headhunter in that initial email as to whether they need a CW as well. Then ask her if she would’ve been interested in coming with. Now if you tell her when you sign the offer, it’ll look like you betrayed her (that’s if your close with her). But def tell her before you tell the agency. At least have her be the first to know.
Do you want her to come with?
It would be awesome if she could, but I got headhunted for the job... I'm definitely going to ask if they are looking for a writer as well as she's great and I don't want to leave her in the lurch
Depends how close you two are. You don’t want the agency you’re at to find out. If you trust her tell her. If not, wait.
Shake...and bake.
