Hi Fishes,
I am a python developer with 3+ years of experience. And now I am thinking of learning c++ . So guys can you help me with these questions which are coming in my mind:
1) Is it worth learning C++ at this stage.
2 ) If yes what kind of opportunities I can grab by learning C++.
3) How much hike can I expect by learning C++ on my current CTC.

Absolutely. It absolutely does. There is tons of research about this that I don’t have time to link, but Google the research and it will be more than enough to motivate you to prioritize these habits!

big yes. Lots of physical, mental and emotional benefits that help slow the aging process.
try meditation/yoga in small chunks- 10mins, 15, 20 then 30mins. 1hour can seem daunting and unmotivating but build up to it first so it doesn’t feel so forced and like a chore
Anything that is activating your parasympathetic system is essentially stress relief. Of course, yoga and meditation have plenty of other benefits.
Breathwork, Reiki, Going for a walk in nature, etc., many options are out there. It's just we get so busy with life and living under the constant perceived stress of modern society. I hope you find something you can incorporate and you enjoy if you haven't already.

I feel that yoga is critical to flexibility which can impact quality of life as you age. Once you start it is easy to become “addicted”. And meditation can easily be 5 minutes sitting quietly.
I think it made a difference overall for me when I started doing more yoga and breathwork. I doubt it made a difference to my skin, but I think it was like an indirect effect that my skin improved

No
I think so. I've had 50-year-old women in my class who have been practicing yoga for years and their skin looks so healthy and glowing.
Yes! Practicing yoga improves your blood circulation. And as we all know, the blood carries oxygen and nutrients throughout our body.
Yoga also helps lower our cortisol levels which will calm any inflammation that will eventually lead to more prominent signs of aging.
Yoga does wonders not only for your mental and emotional well-being but also for your physical well-being, especially your skin. It's the best detox you can do for yourself.
My yoga instructor is actually way older than me, and she looks amazing. She's been practicing yoga for a decade, and that's enough to convince me that yoga really does do a lot for our skin.
