Standard bonus - I’m at a midsize firm (30 attys) with a 1920 billing requirement and no information on bonus structure. I will bill around 2300 for the year and have no idea what to expect for a bonus, if any. Would some of y’all mind sharing typical bonus structures?

Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+.
