Erp implementations are a dead end

Oh dead end is dramatic. If you get stuck on ERP implementation, learn the business process, learn how to turn business requirements into something tangible, learn how to present and influence, how to plan ahead and mitigate risks.

Stop at Costco this weekend, but a new toaster and bring it in on the first day. Fast track to a promotion! 🍞

Yes please. I missed it too.

DON'T overindex on reinvests.

Welcome to the team! Network, network, network and be sure to take advantage of all the Be Well Work Well offerings, and most importantly be your authentic self!

While we are Remote, there are still tons of in office events you can attend. If you choose not to go in person, setting time on someone’s calendar to catch up,check in, virtual happy hours etc are awesome welcome. What team are you joining and what city/state?

Be curious. Network like it’s the only thing you get paid to do. Every situation you find yourself in, positive or negative, is a learning opportunity. If you want to succeed her, perform your role in a way that makes your supervisor’s life easier.

How’d it go?

I can definitely see where if you’re not very tech savvy it could be a nightmare. It’s a ton of information, but also a ton of new systems to get into really fast.
