PwC does 25% match up to 6% of your pre-tax income, then another match in something called WealthBuilder. Someone confirm this but I think it comes out to 100% match up to 6% of your pretax. The backdoor Roth is discontinued as of this month, per Congress, but someone could confirm that as well.
Can’t speak to PwC discontinuing anything, but backdoors in general have not been discontinued by Congress. The house is just the first part of getting a tax bill through.
Pro
1. They don't do year end true up, it's done paycheck by paycheck.
2. They match up to 6% of pre and post tax contributions combined.
3. Yes, they allow post tax contributions and in service non hardship withdrawals (which is what's required for megabackdoor)
4. Cap in 2021 for pre tax 401k is $19.5K and total defined contribution plan limits are $58K (pre tax 401k, post tax 401k, firm match, and wealth builder contributions)
5. Megabackdoor may be going away in 2022 if changes are passed by Congress

OP, yes, matches and contributions apply to bonuses which are paid the last paycheck of September
PwC doesn't offer Roth 401k. And if you were to contribute 0% to pre tax and 6% to post tax, PwC would still match. Post tax and after tax are the same thing.
Correct, PwC doesn't have any set limits, just the IRS limits.
