Big 4 risk vs strategy and innovation at a midsize firm (10-13)?
As an entry level would it be better to work at big 4 risk or strategy at midsize.
I plan to eventually get an MBA and would like to someday work at MBB strategy ( pipe dreams).

Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? OR circulating nurse here. Will preface this by saying I have the utmost respect for CSFAs in the OR setting. It's a Big4 but will lowball you during offer negotiation.
It will ask you to work on multiple projects but will hardly appreciate or value your work.
They will ask you to come to the office on Sunday for business critical work and won't give any cab or food facilities.
You will be involved in multiple extra work, which you normally don't do in other service based companies. But there is no benefits/perks for that, you just end up doing extra work!!

Looking around at all the things going wrong abroad, especially my home country. I’m so grateful to have immigrated to the US. Say what you want about all the flaws here, but there’s no better place to be.
