Moving on from Hotels (Hospitality)?

I’ve been thinking about this for awhile now, but it is very to commit to actually accept a new job offer since I really do love my job. My only complaint is, the pay vs workload is very small. I’m a manager now and my property offered me a director position… but the salary is still low! To make six figures, it’ll take another 5-6 years to grind it out.

Should I move on and go to a different industry? Opinions are welcome! Thanks in advance.

I have 2 offers in hand currently -
1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

My DOJ is tomorrow, unable to decide between them. Pls help me!!

Hypo: client says they agreed to use a prior agreement another firm drafted as precedent for a new deal prior to engaging you. It’s maybe the most poorly written contact you’ve ever seen. Most material terms are arguably there, but it’s convoluted and you’d be embarrassed to put your name on it. There’s clearly a better way to draft it.
